Anyone who has struggled with their mental health before knows that it can be difficult to explain how you are feeling. Even though it can be hard, it is really important to talk to friends, family or even a professional so you can better understand what steps to take to feel better.

10th – 16th May 2021 is Mental Health Awareness Week which encourages the nation to talk about mental health and to help end the stigma. This week, we are sharing posts that will provide information and inspiration on all things mental health, starting off with some inspirational quotes that will hopefully provide some encouragement if you are currently going through a difficult time.
