The festive season is now in full swing, but it's hard to get into the spirit of things this year with the restrictions that the pandemic has caused, as well as cancelled Christmas parties and events. It's strange to think that this time last year, we were at the NEC in Birmingham exhibiting at Jewson Live!
Every year, we are invited to attend Jewson Live to showcase our products as well as getting customers involved in prize giveaways and more. As we can't attend this year, we're taking a look back at our 2019 stand at T9, which featured our SAM Trimax extreme fibreboard for exterior use and SAM Zero fully finished skirting and architrave.
The SAM team got into the festive spirit with a Christmas themed stand, complete with exterior cladding, grid panelling and SAM Zero fully finished skirting and architrave inside.
The back wall of the stand featured vertical tongue and groove interior cladding 9mm thick, in RAL 9003 Signal White. The skirting used was SAM Zero SAM1455 Bullnose, 14.5 x 94mm.
SAM Trimax Double Square Shiplap external cladding was used on the external walls, 12mm thick in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey.
On the opposite external wall, SAM Trimax Double Shiplap external cladding 12mm thick was also used, in RAL 7035 Pale Grey. A great way to show how SAM Trimax can be applied both horizontally and vertically.
For an extra bit of impact and to show how versatile SAM Trimax can be, we displayed a 5 x 5 matrix design with 494 x 494mm panels, in the RAL colours below.
Our stand featured some delicious mulled wine and a business card drop in an MDF box that was made at our site in Antrim, with a card drawn every hour and prizes won by the lucky names!
We do miss attending customer events and meeting experienced influential people within this industry. Here's hoping 2021 will be the return of some normality, bringing with it lots of networking opportunities and a host of new innovative products to explore.
