Who was exhibiting at the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show 2023?

As visitors walked past the Parkmove branded entrance, a wide pathway adorned with life-sized park homes displaying the latest design innovations from leading park and leisure home manufacturers including Stately Albion, Prestige, Omar, Pathfinder, Tingdene, Jans Modular, Cheshire Park & Leisure Homes, Hawthorn Lodges and Oakgrove Lodges & Park Homes.

There was also the most wonderful glamping pod created by Lune Valley Pods, which was snapped up quickly on the opening trade day, as well as hot tub and decking suppliers and various service providers for those living, or considering, the park home lifestyle.

What could visitors see at the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show 2023?

At the far end of the show grounds Stately Albion had set up their mini village. The company has been attending the event for many years and their Area Manager, Peter Lock, believes the annual event gives them the perfect chance to get new products in front of the right people. “I like the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show because it gives us the opportunity as a company to showcase all our new products, from our entry level homes up to our new anniversary executive home.”

Stately Albion is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year and the company designed a luxury park home named the Osborne to mark the special occasion – they did not disappoint. It includes a high-end kitchen complete with large roof window, a media room and a master bedroom with walk-in dressing room and ensuite. The interiors combine stylish marble tiles, feature and ambient lighting, a double-sided fireplace, black bathroom suites and fixtures, wood-look wall slats and plush carpets, not to mention our SAM Zero fully finished MDF skirting, architrave and door linings. Peter continues, “The finish is very contemporary. It has been popular with show visitors.”

Working back towards the entrance, the sizeable Prestige park home display with its sunny outdoor seating area complete with a human shaped topiary caught our eye. The manufacturer was showcasing a selection of holiday and residential homes including the brand new Cottesbrooke. Jennefer Bruce, National Sales Manager at Prestige, commented: “The Cottesbrooke is designed specifically for residential. We have a bit of a mixture. The Avanti and Residents Plus are also residential and then we have the Bellavista, which is more of a holiday home, but we do tend to sell it to the residential market as well. It has a really nice vibe for both.”

The Omar Group had an impressive array of holiday homes on display as well as a fabulous outdoor kitchen and BBQ area built by Morso (we wanted to stay there for a while!). Lee Baxter, Sales Director for Omar, said: “We have nine park homes and two leisure lodges and we have revamped about seven of the park homes with new contemporary designs and new interiors. Visitors will be able to see the quality of our homes, some recent changes and hopefully be wowed by what we have done since the last show.”

Before we left the event, we caught up with Steven Hoare, Sales Manager at Pathfinder Homes: “We pride ourselves on our finish. We are really well insulated, we plaster board, we paint the walls. We’re a really good brand.” He wasn’t kidding. The Belvedere, which is one of Pathfinder’s newest homes, was stunning. The bathroom with free-standing bath was a firm favourite with our team, not to mention the high-end kitchen with range and integrated island bottle cooler. We were blown away.
